What we're doing to ensure your safety.
Please read carefully before planning your visit.
We have adopted a reservation system in an effort to limit the amount of customers in the store to 10 at any given time. Each reservation slot is 1 hour long to ensure a smooth transition between reservations with plenty of time to sanitize before the next.
Staff will sanitize all frequently used surfaces and items including: fragrance wall candles, door knobs/handles, light switches, credit card machine, etc. Reservations are made extra long to allow time to accommodate this routine.
As always, each and every tool used in the candle making process is sprayed and disinfected with rubbing alcohol.
NO CASH PAYMENTS
We will not be accepting cash payments at this time to eliminate close contact.
We will still be offering curbside pick up for those of you picking up your candles. Once in front of the The Wick Lab, please call (801) 607-1671 and a member of our staff will deliver your candle(s) to your car. You are welcome to pick-up in store as well.
We want to thank those of you who continue to support small businesses during this time. It has been a trying time for all small businesses. We are looking forward to this slow and mindful transition into having things back to normal!

Monday - Thursday 6pm - 9pm
Friday 5pm - 10pm
Saturday 3pm - 9pm
It is encouraged to pick up your candle on another day, to allow for best results for the curing process. However, if you have to pick up same day let us know + we will accommodate!*
*Customers who prefer same day pick-up may pick up their candles 3 hours from the pouring of the candles. Candles poured after 6:00pm are not eligible for same day pick up.
Can't swing a pick up? We ship domestically for a flat rate of $12.
