Book a party/event package and save up to 20% on each candle pouring!
Booking a party is a fantastic way to ensure reservation seats for all your friends and family! It also provides additional time for any celebratory traditions while you're at The Wick Lab, for cutting a birthday cake, opening shower gifts, enjoying your own snack table, and more! Parties and Events also include private instructors to help you along your TWL experience from start to finish - perks that don't come with any standard reservation.
Parties or Events at TWL require an upfront booking fee of $50 (non-refundable).
It is expected each person in your party participates in creating their own The Wick Lab product. Discount packages are provided for varying party sizes, and are applied during checkout on the day of your party or event. Discounts are subject to change if the party size changes during checkout. (i.e. If a party of 12 is booked, but only 10 show up, discounts will lower from 15% off per pouring to 10% off per pouring - and so on). Please note: 'Add Ons', such as lids, wood wicks etc. are not eligible for discounts.
6 - 10 people | $50 fee | 10% savings per pour
11 - 24 people | $50 fee | 15% savings per pour
25 - 40 people | $50 fee | 20% savings per pour*
*Minimums required on a sliding scale. Monday-Thursday only.
Candles are ready for pick-up 1 business day after the pour, during our opening hours. Each participant may pick-up their own candles individually, or one participant may pick up on behalf of all. If the latter, all yellow pick-up slips from the party/event must be presented at pick-up. If it is not possible to provide the yellow pick-up slips - a list detailing first AND last names AND phone numbers of all participants (as written on their yellow slips) are required in order for candles to be confirmed for pick-up. ***We reserve the right to refuse a pick-up if you are unable to verify this information.***
