We use 100% soy wax. No wax blends here – and zero additives. As a vegetable based wax, Soy burns cleaner than other waxes (*cough cough* paraffin) and does not give off any harmful by-products. Soy is thicker than paraffin, which means a longer overall burn life! 100% biodegradable, rest assured Soy wax is environmentally friendly. Our wax is made from soybeans grown right here in America. So when you come in to pour a candle, you’re supporting American Farmers!

We have high standards for our oils. You won’t find any phthalates in our fragrance oils. Phthalates are found in hundreds of products. For candle making purposes phthalates are solvents used to increase the strength of a fragrance oil. While that sounds great – phthalates can damage the liver, kidneys, lungs and the reproductive system. All our oils pass through a high standard of quality assurance before they are even considered to be placed on our shelves.

Our cotton wicks are exactly that: cotton. This means there isn’t any iron or zinc in our wicks – a common component of ‘cotton’ wicks. Our soft crackling wood wicks are sustainably sourced and expertly hand-crafted right here in the USA.

Step 1

Get Sniffin

Explore our fragrance wall! Feel free to take a candle from our fragrance wall and give it a whiff! Jot down your favorite scents on the clipboard provided.

Step 2

Pick A Container

Select a container for your future candle; then head to the bar. Our chandlers (candle makers) will help you create your candle from beginning to end! Not a candle fan? Explore our flameless options!

Step 3

Curate

It’s time to get creative! Our chandlers will work with you to find your perfect blend of fragrance oils. You can choose up to 3 fragrances you wrote down on your clipboard.

Step 4

Set + Drip

Wick it Good! Set your wick, then drip your oils. You get to choose the ratio between each fragrance oil – making your creation truly one-of-a-kind!

Step 5

Stir + Pour

Combine your blended oils with your 100% soy wax and stir it up! Pour your wax and oils into your container.

Step 6

Label

We’ve left the label blank for you to decorate/name as you wish!

Step 7

Set + Pick Up

We need to keep your candle(s) the setting process. For best results, we strongly encourage pick up on another day (view our opening hours here.) – but will work with you if you must pick up same day. Learn more about our same day pick up here. Can’t swing a pick up? We offer flat rate shipping for up to 4 candles for $12.

Step 8

Get Lit

Once you have waited the recommended cure time it’s time to get lit and enjoy your custom candle – made by you!
