PRICING?
Our pricing ranges from $19.97-$32.50, depending on your container selection. The pricing of your chosen container is inclusive of all materials needed create your custom candle from beginning to end!
We also offer a number of 'add-ons' including lids, wood wicks and more at an additional cost.

HOW MANY RESERVATIONS SHOULD I BOOK?
It is expected each person in your booking pours a candle. If there are members in your group who are NOT pouring a candle, please DO NOT include them in your reservation count. Seats will be prioritized to those who are pouring a candle.
1 reservation fee serves as a deposit for 1 candle pouring to be applied at checkout (we cannot combine multiple fees together at check-out to apply to 1 candle pouring).
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I BUDGET FOR A VISIT TO THE WICK LAB?

DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS?

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
We sure do! However, whether or not we can seat you is based upon availability.
CAN I TAKE MY CANDLE WITH ME AFTER IT'S POURED?
We need to keep your candle(s) after the pouring to allow it to properly set. We encourage you to pick up on another day for this process to be the most effective. However, if you have to pick up same day because you're from out of town, etc. we will do our best to work with you! There are some restrictions and things to keep in mind for same day pick up. Please see below so you can best plan your visit for same day pick up:
Customers who prefer same day pick up *may* be able to pick up their candles as soon as 3 hours from the pouring of the candles. (Not from the reservation start time.)
Please note: depending on how busy we are on any given day, 3 hours may not be enough time for your chandlers to fully process and prep your candle(s) for same day pick up. Your chandlers may need more time, and will indicate if/when you are able to pick up same day.
Any candles poured after 6:00pm are not eligible for same day pick up.
Candles do not qualify for same day pick up if you do not let your chandlers know your desire to pick up same day. You must let us know during your pouring so we can 'flag' your candle and be sure to have it ready for you when you return later that day.
Opting in for our flat rate shipping is always the more reliable option.
Can't swing a pick up? We ship domestically for a flat rate of $12 for up to 4 candles.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK-UP MY CANDLE(S)?
You have 2 weeks from the day you poured your candle to pick it up. Candles left longer than 14 days will be considered abandoned and 'put up for adoption' through our Adopt-A-Candle Program. Proceeds from every Adopt-A-Candle sale goes to a local charity.
Unable to meet the 2 week mark? We recommend our flat rate shipping option - ship up to 4 candles for $12.
IS THIS A KID APPROPRIATE ACTIVITY?
Our candle pourings at The Wick Lab are appropriate for all ages! The youngest chandler (candle maker) we've had in is a 2-year-old! All we ask is that mom/dad/guardian are nearby and ready to help with the tricky parts.

DO YOU HAVE GROUP DISCOUNTS?
We offer group discounts to those who book our party packages (6 people or more). Please visit our 'Reservations' tab for more information on pricing and availability.
DO YOU OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNTS?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount to all service men and women and their families. Valid only with valid military ID. Cardholder must be present.
GIFT CARDS?
We offer both digital and physical gift cards. For our digital option head to our 'Gift Cards' tab.
Waft on in to The Wick Lab for a physical gift card! (We are unable to 'hold' or mail physical gift cards.)
HOW MANY FRAGRANCE OILS CAN I MIX TOGETHER?
You can mix up to 3 fragrance oils together. But don't feel like you have to do 3 - a lot of people do 2, or even just 1! You get the same amount of oil no matter what - it all depends on what smells best to your sniffer! :)
CAN I BRING MY OWN CONTAINER?
Unfortunately, due to many science-y reasons, we aren't able to have you bring your own container.
DOES MY FINISHED CANDLE COME WITH A LID?
To keep the prices down for you, your finished candle does not come with a lid. We sell lids as an add on of only $2.00 ea.
HOW MANY FRAGRANCES DO YOU HAVE?
Our impressive fragrance wall showcases 100 fragrances! From Almond to White Birch we've got you covered! The candles on our fragrance wall are also for sale. So if you fall in love with a particular scent, you can take one home with you. <3
WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE?
We proudly use 100% soy wax. Take a look at 'Our Standards' tab to see why.
WHAT'S IN YOUR FRAGRANCE OILS?
All our fragrance oils are made with essential and non-essential oils. They are truly top notch, and are not allowed to be on our wall unless they meet certain requirements. Visit 'Our Standards' to see what we mean.
